With over 25 years of experience in fashion retail leasing across Australia, Alicia Kemp is nationally recognised for creating innovative fashion mixes that drive strong returns, attract new customers, and boost annual sales.
Her career spans retail management roles at M&S UK, Myer, and David Jones, to leading fashion leasing nationally at Westfield and AMP Capital. Alicia has tackled the challenges of online retail, globalisation, and shifting consumer behaviour with forward-thinking strategies.
She brings a consumer-first, holistic approach to precinct and brand development, fostering long-term retailer partnerships that reshape the way Australians shop.
Earlier in her career, Alicia led teams of 60+ to deliver outstanding retail environments. Her highlights include securing first-to-market agreements with brands like H&M and Hermès, and launching iconic fashion destinations through innovative brand plans.
Now working independently, Alicia supports both retailers and property groups in leasing strategy and precinct creation to maximise engagement and performance.
