With a career spanning over 20 years in Retail Leasing on behalf of Lend Lease, The GPT Group and AMP Capital Shopping Centres I have now joined Alicia Kemp at Pace Retail Consulting, as a Leasing Consultant.

Working for a Landlord has provided valuable insight into what makes the success of a shopping centre or retail precinct. My skills are therefore based on an understanding and focus on the following integral elements:

 

• Understanding the importance of a successful Retail Mix

• Lease Negotiation – whether it be a Lease renewal, a relocation or an expansion

• Site selection – for a new retail opportunity or a relocation within a Centre

• Communication with Leasing Executives and Centre Management teams.
